we are a technical company of security systems in greece
we are interesting to download version gv- 5.401 , we have just made our registration , as a Residential .but when we ask for download the programm still asks for registration, While it seems like we are loged in .
should we wait for some kind of confirmation before it is allowed to us the download process ??
