CCTV With Motion Detector & VCR Question

My landlord likes to snoop in my room when i'm not home. I would like to set up a small cctv cam with a motion detector & a vcr. I am looking for an "all-in one" unit or seperate components. A b&W cam is fine. I am on a budget. Suggestions concerning equipment only would be appreciated. Thank You.
